Housing Stock Administrator

Peter McVerry Trust is a leading provider of housing and homeless services in Ireland. Our mission is to reduce homelessness and the harm caused by substance misuse and social disadvantage. We provide low-threshold entry services, primarily to younger people and vulnerable adults with complex needs, and offer pathways out of homelessness based on the principles of the Housing First model.
The Role
Asset Management ExpertiseThe successful candidate will have extensive experience in asset management, with a strong understanding of housing stock condition surveys, maintenance programmes, and technical oversight. They will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of Peter McVerry Trusts housing stock, including managing internal and external audits, and providing technical expertise to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the condition and value of Peter McVerry Trusts housing stock.
- Manage the stock condition survey programme to ensure accurate stock data is collated and maintained.
- Carry out building surveys and schedule dilapidations.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to the maintenance team.
