Product Vision Owner

As a Product Vision Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development of Agent Interaction Endpoints for the enterprise. You will partner with other leaders to shape strategic decisions and roadmaps, define resource requirements, set the direction, and bring the team together to execute on specific results.

You will ensure alignment of work performed by the team through ongoing planning and prioritization, enabling iterative work, innovation when appropriate, and learning from failures. You will maintain and develop your expertise and knowledge to ensure the latest thinking is brought to the role.

This role will focus on creating and executing a product vision for Agent Interaction Endpoints that integrates with contact center technologies to deliver first-class experiences.

The Expertise We're Looking For
  • 8-10 years of related product management experience, systems development, or project/product management.
  • Knowledge of Contact Center technologies required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Contact Center Management experience preferred.
  • Agile experience preferred.
  • Data-driven approach to understanding client needs, translating strategic goals into action, and prioritizing to enhance value delivered.
  • Continuous improvement approach.
  • Collaborative working style to deliver agreed business outcomes.
  • Leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority.
  • Intellectually curious and models a culture of learning and coaching.
