Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales / Inside Sales Representative to enhance our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while optimizing sales potential and customer satisfaction.
- Process orders accurately and maintain up-to-date customer account records.
- Prepare and issue customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Generate reports and maintain accurate sales and customer service records.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, telesales, or inside sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to sales and customer service.
