Job Description

As a senior maintenance technician, you will play a key role in leading our maintenance team and driving equipment reliability.

The successful candidate will have excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills, with experience working with food processing equipment. They will be a natural leader, able to motivate and guide a team of technicians and apprentices.

Key responsibilities will include leading and supporting maintenance teams during breakdowns and planned maintenance, as well as driving machine reliability and improvement initiatives. The role will also involve training and mentoring technicians and apprentices, as well as managing spare parts and assisting with commissioning new equipment.

Requirements
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with food processing equipment (e.g. thermoformers, weighers, cookers)
  • Leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with GMP, EHS, and lean principles
