Customer Care Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator to join our team in Maynooth.

  1. Foster exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and effective support throughout the warranty period.
  2. Communicate with customers through various channels, including email, video chat, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.
  4. Accurately log defects and notify relevant teams.
  5. Liaise with site teams to address recurring complaints and maintain the defect tracker.
  6. Collaborate with the Senior Customer Care Manager to ensure accurate tracking and maintenance of the defects log.
  7. Perform other duties as required to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high volumes of customer queries and complaints.
  • Maintain strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Possess excellent communication skills for face-to-face, phone, email, and live chat interactions.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively within a team environment.
