Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR support to the business
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for career development and growth
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance

Business Partnership:

  • Work closely with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop tailored HR solutions
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters and mediate conflicts
  • Conduct investigations into misconduct or grievances raised by employees
  • Assist in disciplinary actions and terminations

Requirements:

  • Third level education in a discipline pertinent to Human Resources
  • Strong working knowledge of operations, quality and supply chain management with an understanding of finance
  • Strong working knowledge on HR processes
  • Initiative and a planned and ordered approach to work
  • A positive and outgoing disposition is essential
  • Participate in improvement teams and activities

Preferred Qualifications:

HR certification (CIPD or similar)
