Job Title: Library Team Lead
About the Role:This is a part-time position with potential for permanency, working 9:30am to 1:45pm Monday to Friday during school term.
Main Responsibilities:- Engage with library users and provide excellent customer service
- Supervise students in the library during class time
- Assist with book returns and withdrawals, receiving training as needed
- Set up meeting rooms for talks and presentations
- Manage library operations during lunchtime, including setting up games and reading clubs
- Enter new books into the library database
- Maintain a well-organized library environment
- Support the school's prize committee
- Perform various administrative tasks as required
The ideal candidate will be someone who is people-focused, able to multitask, and has basic computer skills. Training will be provided where necessary. This person must be efficient, confidential, and discreet.
