Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with minimum APA-level qualifications and a strong foundation in operational and leadership roles, looking to take the next step in their career, to gain or grow their international experience.

As a key member of our team, you will work hybrid from our Cork office, with periodic travel across Ireland and into Europe, responsible for performance delivery and customer success for teams located outside of Ireland.

Drive a strong risk culture that enables the delivery of compliant, high-quality customer experiences in partnership with peer Operational Managers on-location.

Engage regularly with clients and play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence, while actively supporting the execution of a dynamic transformation roadmap, guiding the team toward a blended model of human and digital service delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of client success, operational execution, and regulatory assurance, offering long-term career progression, exposure to a leading insurance brand, and the chance to shape future-ready capabilities in a digitally evolving sector.

Responsibilities:
  • CIP, QFA or APA Qualified in General Insurance, with at least 3 years experience in a Minimum Competence Code Controlled Function CF1 or CF7 role.
  • 3+ years of management experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership, client relationship, and change management skills.
  • Experience in contact centre operations, forecasting, and technology.
  • Confident communicator with a hands-on, proactive approach.
