Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies to drive revenue acceleration and optimize sales performance

  • Work effectively with HQ teams to leverage global systems, tools, programs, processes, and strategies to drive business success
  • Manage a team of GTM Strategy and Operations professionals to run the EMEA region efficiently and synthesize data into actionable insights

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of direct people management experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience building and operationalizing GTM strategy to accelerate revenue
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with a parallel ability to zoom out
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and history of results, running operations, and getting stuff done
