
Senior Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide administrative support to our team of senior client advisers. The role will involve providing exceptional customer service, preparing investment presentations, and managing follow-up activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, dealing promptly and efficiently with their queries.
- Prepare investment presentations and collate documentation for client meetings.
- Manage follow-up activities from client meetings, complete minutes of meetings, and monitor task completion.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative position, a degree or master's level in Business/Finance related area, and a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate client requests by liaising with internal departments to ensure operational procedures and compliance obligations are met.
- Liaise with Tax Advisers, Solicitors, Brokers, and Life Offices on behalf of servicing our clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks involved in planning and preparation of various client events and conferences.
Participate in interdepartmental projects to identify best practice to enhance servicing our clients and contribute to company campaign workshops. Comply with Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures associated with the role.
