Senior Hotel Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities- Elevate day-to-day operations to match hotel standards.
- Deliver exceptional service, addressing queries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain statutory compliance and health & safety standards.
- Spearhead Front Desk activities, guest queries, and check-in/check-out processes.
- Ensure accurate payments and balance front desk transactions.
- Induct, train, and supervise team members, promoting their growth.
- Analyze customer feedback, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Drive guest satisfaction standards through Reception Team efforts.
- Manage costs associated with the Department.
- Foster sales targets for the Front Office, collaborating with Revenue and Reservations teams.
- Minimum 2/3 years of experience in Front Office Management, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
- A relevant degree in Hospitality/Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience managing PMS and proficiency in MS Office packages.

Your Role:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2/3 years of experience in Front Office Management, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
- A relevant degree in Hospitality/Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience managing PMS and proficiency in MS Office packages.
