Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-end hotel in Galway.

  • Ensure exceptional service to guests at all times, addressing any queries or complaints in a timely manner
  • Carry out duties in accordance with statutory, health and safety requirements
  • Support with front desk activities / guest queries and check in / out of guests
  • Manage all payments, ensuring they are balanced and accurate
  • Assist with the induction, training and supervision of all team members
  • Maintain weekly customer feedback and respond as necessary

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2/3 years previous experience in Front Office Management, in a leading 4/5 star hotel environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Appropriate 3rd level qualification in Hospitality/Hospitality Management or a relevant discipline
  • Extensive experience managing operating and managing Hotsoft PMS
  • Proficient with MS Office packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
