Job Title: High Salary EMEA HR Operations Manager

The primary function of this role is to oversee the operational aspects of Human Resources within the EMEA region. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals responsible for guiding the business on compliance and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HR Operations for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and Business leaders, providing guidance on regional regulations and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases for the region, supporting the setup, hiring, and management of employee lifecycle in each EMEA country.

This role requires experience working in fast-paced environments, with remote and matrix management, and expertise in EMEA labour laws and compliance requirements.

Requirements:
  • A strong sense of ownership and good stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive multi-functional teams to align and implement to a defined schedule.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business or HR, and preferably a Post Graduate degree/MBA. This role also requires excellent communication and articulation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global team.
