We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our EMEA regional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing expert guidance to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with the company's global objectives\
  • Manage and maintain knowledge base on EMEA labor laws and regulations\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of HR processes and systems\
  • Represent the region in corporate initiatives and projects\
  • Support M&A and legal entity projects\
  • Drive local adoption of global projects and process improvements\
  • Provide expert advice on HR operations and compliance matters\
  • Build and manage an HR compliance calendar for the region\
  • Lead a team of country and compliance experts\
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on HR metrics and KPIs\
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion\
  • Perform other duties as required\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field\
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred\
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a leadership role\
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and improving operational efficiency\
  • Expert knowledge of EMEA labor laws and regulations\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks\
  • Fluency in English (additional languages an asset)\
