Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Aviator in Reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Scrutinize Client Deliverables to ensure adherence to Divisional SLAs.
  • Oversee new Client and Fund launches, ensuring seamless onboarding and efficient processes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Internal Stakeholders, and External Partners to drive results and deliverables.
  • Manage Operational Risk Logs, understanding RMP2 and 5, and identify key risks and issues for Senior Management escalation.
  • Take ownership of escalated issues, articulating key risks and concerns to Senior Management.
  • Review current processes to improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and enhance overall performance.
  • Ensure staff adhere to and understand Risk Policies and Best Practice Procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative and interactive team environment, promoting career development and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain key relationships and support networks with other departments.
  • Review and analyze key risk indicators, driving informed decision-making.
  • Manage periodic staff evaluations, recognizing individual strengths and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified with 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in Middle Office.
  • Proven interest in financial markets and hedge fund industry knowledge.
  • Audit experience, particularly Internal and External CBI, is advantageous, along with strong Risk and Control awareness.
  • Expert knowledge of Middle Office functions and processes.
  • Execution-driven, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record in maintaining Billion Dollar Client Relationships and executing projects related to process improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent people management and Team Management skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
