We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest service, manage guest arrival logistics, and provide personalized services to ensure a seamless stay for our guests.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, coordinating bookings with the House Manager, managing guest luggage and transportation between The Reserve and the main hotel, addressing guest requests promptly and effectively, and communicating guest needs and issues to the House Manager.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional guest service throughout their stay at The Reserve and the main hotel
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Coordinate bookings with the House Manager, ensuring all arrangements meet guest requests
- Manage guest arrival logistics, luggage, and transportation between The Reserve and the main hotel
- Address guest requests promptly and effectively
- Communicate guest needs and issues to the House Manager
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a professional appearance and sense of responsibility, with a flexibility to work varied hours.
