Job Description

To excel in this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch travel management services to clients, including booking flights, hotels, car hire, rail, and other services. This requires exceptional customer focus and a passion for delivering results.

  • You will work closely with clients by phone and email to ensure seamless communication and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

As a key member of the team, you will continuously seek feedback from clients to improve our service standards.

  • The ideal candidate will possess:
    • Proven experience in GDS systems, preferably Amadeus.
    • A minimum of 18 months' experience in the travel industry, selling package holidays.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive can-do attitude.
