The Deal Desk team is responsible for driving efficient and strategic deal execution. As the Strategic Deal Management Leader for our EMEA region, you will play a key role in establishing and scaling our Deal Desk function. You will oversee contracting workflows, support the quote-to-cash process, and partner with Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, Go to Market, Legal, and Finance teams to drive deal execution.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions and drive operational excellence in a rapidly growing market. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. This role is based in our Dublin, Ireland office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective deal management strategies that align with pricing strategies, revenue recognition standards, and overall business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance tools, and enable scalable regional processes.

  • Provide strategic guidance on deal structuring, approval workflows, and best practices to regional sales teams.

  • Tailor systems and processes to meet the unique needs of EMEA and APAC markets, while ensuring alignment with global Deal Desk policies and frameworks.
