HR Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team in a manufacturing setting. As the site's go-to HR lead, you will be responsible for leading recruitment, onboarding and selection processes, managing employee relations and benefits, overseeing performance management and training initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment, Onboarding, and Selection Processes
  • Employee Relations and Benefits Management
  • Performance Management and Training Initiatives

You will work independently or within a small team to ensure seamless execution of HR processes. To be successful in this role, you should have a Degree in HR, Business or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or a similar sector.

A CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential. Your solid knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law and experience owning HR processes end-to-end are strong advantages. If you are a passionate HR professional eager to shape people and culture in a manufacturing setting, this role offers autonomy, influence and real impact-backed by a supportive organisation and clear pathways for development.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Degree in HR, Business or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or a similar sector

  • A CIPD qualification (preferred)
