Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service by efficiently handling policyholders' claims.
- Register, process, and settle household and commercial property damage claims.
- Accurately record all transactions and decisions.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve agreed targets related to settlement rates, calls answered, and completions.
- Liaise with others to obtain critical information for effective claim service and cost control.
- Identify potential fraud cases and escalate them to our Fraud Investigation Unit (FIU).
- Ensure adherence to recovery procedures in property recovery or potential recovery cases.
