Customer Relations Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer experiences by ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases and have a positive interaction with our organization.

This includes verifying order information accuracy, processing cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, and account balances within corporate guidelines. Additionally, it involves providing customer service support via phone, counter inquiries, payments, and resolving complaints/questions.

Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Relations Specialist will also be responsible for completing and processing credit applications, payments, and financing paperwork. Furthermore, they must communicate professionally with internal and external personnel and maintain accurate files and processes for maximum productivity.

Our ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic reading and comprehension skills, basic numerical reasoning skills, and the ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently. They should also have demonstrated knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office, excellent organizational skills, and outstanding customer service skills.
