Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization has the right technical skills to meet business objectives. This involves identifying and developing employees to meet future needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Recruitment: Lead the collation of long-term forecasts and annual recruitment figures, driving informed decision-making for the organization.
  • Selective Processes: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to manage shortlisting, interviewing, and selection activities, fostering a seamless candidate experience.
  • Programme Administration: Liaise with HR Governance and Operations to oversee approvals, rotations, and pay adjustments, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Training Delivery: Provide administrative support for technical training programmes and PE assessment interviews, enhancing employee development.
  • Inclusion and CSR Initiatives: Champion diversity in STEM careers and support inclusion activities, promoting a culture of inclusivity.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain recruitment campaign schedules and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving process excellence.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a related field
  • Excellent Attention to Detail: Demonstrate precision and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Strong Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate ideas and information to diverse audiences
