Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets, focusing on the CMU & On-Trade Groups Channel segment.
  • Evaluate each channel size and identify sustainable growth opportunities, leveraging market trends and customer insights.
  • Build annual business plans and present monthly performance against plan, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop channel selling solutions that cater to customer needs and drive revenue growth.

What You'll Need:

  • 4+ years' experience in hospitality, on-trade sector.
  • 5 years' experience in the beers/wines/spirits industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company minimum standards.

Your Ideal Skills and Qualities:

  • Experience in delivering and building sales plans, with a strong understanding of sales targets and profit management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, coach, support, and inspire a wider team.
  • Skilled in consultative selling, marketing principles, prospecting, networking, coaching, and negotiations.
  • The capacity to interpret and understand financial data through numeric, commercial, and verbal reasoning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
