Job Title: Account Growth Specialist

As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals who have expressed interest in our investment services. You will leverage your exceptional sales skills to educate clients on our offerings and facilitate meetings with our outside sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with high-net-worth investors to determine their goals and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate warm leads
  • Work closely with regional sales partners to arrange meetings and drive business growth
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Norwegian and English
  • Proven sales experience and a passion for driving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
