Job Overview:

The role of a Strategic Account Growth Specialist is pivotal in driving business expansion and managing key accounts across Europe. This position combines strategic business development, relationship management, and hands-on account oversight to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with top-tier clients in Ireland, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and increase market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree or postgraduate qualification (preferably in Polymer Science, Engineering, or related fields).
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, business development, or similar roles within the polymer, chemical, or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record in managing large, high-value accounts with multi-million-euro contracts.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales strategy at a regional or global level.
