We seek a skilled Business Strategy Execution Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the business strategy development process by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and execute functional strategies to deliver overall business and commercial objectives.
Growth / Business Operations:
- Drive clarity, pace, and accountability across how we plan and deliver against growth objectives.
- Develop internal communications and updates to ensure organisational alignment on goals and priorities.
- Lead regular operations meetings with leadership team to monitor performance versus plan.
Sales & Revenue Operations:
- Analyse pipeline health, funnel conversion, and campaign ROI to provide actionable insights.
- Support customer teams with identifying and winning upsell opportunities.
- Optimise sales processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop marketing strategy that underpins GTM strategy.
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all materials and campaigns.
