Customer Success Lead Role

The Customer Success Manager position plays a pivotal role in maximizing customer value from Salesforce. This key role involves collaborating with customers to understand their business needs and providing expert guidance on the effective utilization of Salesforce products.

  • Your Impact
    • You will serve as the primary point of customer accountability, responsible for the orchestration of all Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion.
    • Cultivate and maintain partner relationships with the customer's IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers.
    • Help customers achieve their business goals and outcomes on the Salesforce platform by:
    • Acting as an advisor to customers for the adoption of new features and identifying potential challenges and risks.
    • Providing timely, proactive Salesforce feature mentorship based on customer areas of interest.
    • Coordinating the completion of the Signature Success catalogue of services as required.
    • Communicate the value of Signature Success and ensure all collaborators understand this value.
  • This role may require occasional travel to customer sites and some after-hour or weekend coverage depending on customer needs.
    • Key Qualifications
      • Demonstrated ability with proven experience in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce environments.
      • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
      • Skills for analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms.
      • Ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts in business-friendly terms to customers and internal partners.
      • Favorable Requirements
        • Experience with Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud or similar technologies.
        • Work experience in Retail and Consumer Goods industries.
        • Salesforce product certifications are a plus.
