We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist in Children's Palliative Care to join our team at Cpl Healthcare. Our partner client is located in the South Dublin area, providing easy access to the M50 motorway.
The successful candidate will require:
- Validated qualifications in Children's Nursing
- A current NMBI Pin number
- Entitlement to live and work in Ireland
- A Level 9 post-registration qualification in palliative care or equivalent
- Minimum one year of nursing experience and one year of specialist experience in palliative care
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and make high-level clinical decisions
- Proficiency in IT and computer systems
- Capacity to delegate tasks and responsibilities
- Effective time management and workload control
- A valid driving license
- Providing comprehensive patient care and support
- Advocating for the needs of children and their families
- Promoting education and training opportunities
- Offering expert consultancy services
- Conducting audits and research initiatives
- Leading teams and managing resources
