Job Opportunity
The Head of Brand will lead the brand strategy and execution for two purpose-driven brands.
This is a defining leadership role for a brand builder who can blend creative storytelling with commercial impact to drive meaningful growth across direct-to-consumer, retail, and professional channels.
The guardian of these brands will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team across marketing, creative, PR, and communications, ensuring their identity is bold, consistent, and always one step ahead in a competitive market.

- Define and execute the end-to-end brand strategy from positioning to tone of voice to go-to-market.
- Lead a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team and agency partners, driving collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Deliver high-impact, data-driven campaigns across PR, influencer, and social — with a focus on return on investment and customer acquisition.
- Protect and elevate brand identity, ensuring consistency across all consumer and trade touchpoints.
- Launch content-rich campaigns, community-first initiatives, and influencer activations that drive real brand love.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 8 years of senior brand leadership experience in fast-moving consumer, retail, or beauty environments.
- A proven track record of building and scaling lifestyle or skincare brands — with a keen eye for creativity and a strong handle on performance marketing.
- Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams and external agencies.
- Strong commercial acumen, budget ownership, and a test-and-learn approach to campaign execution.
