They aim to be the industry standard for excellence in service, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We're seeking a National Account Manager to champion their healthcare and OTC brands, optimising performance and market share within key retail pharmacy chains and wholesalers.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic customer growth plans, utilising category and shopper insights to drive sales, profitability, and brand presence.
  2. Owning Joint Business Plans, pricing strategies, promotional execution, and cost negotiations to ensure the brands achieve maximum visibility and success both online and in-store.
  3. Managing and growing key multiple and regional accounts, aligning account strategies with brand and company objectives.
  4. Negotiating and securing cost price increases, promotional activity, and new product listings.
  5. Delivering against NSV, profitability, and market share targets while monitoring competitor activity and market trends.
  6. Collaborating with internal teams including Brand, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless execution and stock availability.
  7. Maintaining strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.

Your Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of National Account Management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Essential experience working with retail pharmacy chains and wholesalers.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in category management, financial performance metrics, and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel for trend analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for driving brand success.
