We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Care Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering individualised care to young people referred to our service, helping them grow, develop new skills, and overcome challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant field, as well as a full, clean manual driving license valid in Ireland. They will also have experience working with teenagers exhibiting challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualised Behaviour Support Plans and Placement Plans.
