Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our online presence. This role involves managing and growing the digital footprint of multiple brands, promoting engagement and driving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Design engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to captivate our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Interact with our followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Produce captivating audio, visual, and written content, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Attend relevant events to capture live content for social media, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Manage Google Business accounts effectively.
  • Identify and nurture strong relationships with on-brand influencers for potential collaborations.
  • Stay updated on emerging social channels and hospitality trends.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management, with a solid understanding of different platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Video editing skills.
Working Schedule:

This position requires a mix of days, early evenings, and occasional weekend hours for special events. You will be working onsite at the Mardyke Entertainment Complex in Cork city.
