Food Service Operations Manager Opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and smooth operation of our food service outlets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage reservations for assigned outlets and liaise with relevant departments regarding special requests.
  • Ensure the highest standards of luxury are consistently delivered to guests.
  • Conduct departmental audits to maintain consistency among team members.
  • Communicate the hotel's vision, mission, and values to the team and incorporate them into daily activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of service areas (front & back of house).
  • Control the ambience in departments, including lighting, music, and temperature.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
