Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Product Leader to drive value delivery and strategic alignment within our organization. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in managing the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and requirement gathering.
  • Create and prioritize the product backlog, leveraging agile principles to maximize value delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of products/services that meet customer needs.

You will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, inspiring others to share and contribute to the product vision and goals.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years in a Product Ownership or Delivery Management role.
  • Extensive experience in managing product backlogs and development teams.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex projects through agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
