
Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in promoting a range of orthopaedic products, including joint replacement hips, knees and Mako robotics, to healthcare professionals in the Limerick, Galway and Mayo areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key customers and establishing long-term business partnerships.
Achieving sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis is also a priority.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will stay up-to-date with the latest clinical, technical and commercial developments in the orthopaedic sector.
They will provide feedback on customer needs and preferences, as well as product and promotional programs.
Attending relevant conferences and meetings both in Ireland and elsewhere is also required.
Key Requirements- A technical qualification and aptitude for learning new surgical technologies.
- A minimum 3+ years' experience in medical sales or technology service in a hospital environment.
- Ability to work comfortably in a hospital operating room environment.
- Strong technical and sales skills, with a focus on customer service and patient safety.
- Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage complex business.
This role requires a sales professional with expertise in promoting orthopaedic products to healthcare professionals.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
