Job Description

The Marketing Product Manager leads all marketing activities, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective marketing and communication strategies to strengthen the brand and align with sales activities.
  • Define and implement a unified competitive marketing message across all channels.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns from creation to execution.
  • Coordinate internet marketing efforts: website content, usability, web analytics, traffic and lead generation, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Align marketing campaigns with sales activities and analyze their effectiveness.
  • Organize promotional activities, PR, and SMM initiatives (traffic acquisition, loyalty increase).
  • Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
  • Prepare KPI reports on marketing performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing for software development companies or vendors.
  • Successful track record in running marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
