- Troubleshooting: Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner by escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Minimum two years of relevant sales experience.
- A proven track record of converting calls into sales.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
