Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to fill a part-time HR Manager position in North County Dublin.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the organization, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR systems administration.

The Role

This part-time HR Manager role involves overseeing various aspects of human resources, including:

  • Employee Relations: Providing guidance and support on company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering engaging new employee inductions, and overseeing the full onboarding process.
  • HR Systems & Administration: Maintaining and implementing the HRIS, ensuring accurate data entry, generating reports, and managing general HR administrative tasks.
  • Performance & Engagement: Supporting the performance management cycle, coordinating engagement surveys, and driving employee satisfaction and productivity.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in HR.
  • Knowledge and experience in a varied HR role requiring the ability to take charge of many issues as they occur.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR IT systems.
