Senior Service Excellence Lead

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced service leader to drive IT service excellence in a global organization. The role involves refining and leading ITIL-aligned processes, ensuring IT services are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in line with business needs.
The successful candidate will shape governance frameworks, lead programs and projects, and influence stakeholders at a strategic level. They will be responsible for embedding ITIL best practices across ICT operations, ensuring effective governance of service management processes, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders and sponsors.
Refine and lead the Service Management Office, embedding ITIL best practices across ICT operations.
Ensure effective governance of service management processes and continuous improvement.
Oversee delivery of ICT programs, projects, and managed services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and sponsors.
Align ICT services with business objectives for long-term impact.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a service leader or in a similar IT service management role. They will possess strong knowledge of ITIL processes and governance, a background in delivering ICT services, programs, or projects at scale, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and the ability to drive strategic ICT initiatives and foster service excellence.
This is a mid-senior level position requiring a commitment to quality service delivery.
