
Senior Leader in Service Management Excellence

We are seeking a seasoned Service Management professional to lead our Shared Services Organization (SSO) in delivering exceptional services to our customers. As a Senior Manager of SSC Service Management, you will play a pivotal role in connecting the SSO with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners and internal stakeholders.
The role is responsible for setting the Service Strategy for the SSO organization and driving performance against this strategy. You will work closely with SSO Functional Leads to deliver seamless services to the organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sets the Service Strategy for the SSO organization and drives performance against this strategy.
- Develops and owns the governance framework for SSC Services operations, including defining structures, roles & responsibilities, and meeting purpose and cadence.
- Establishes and maintains clear accountability and decision-making processes within the governance framework.
- Sets the performance framework for SSC Services through the development of a balanced scorecard, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Manages vendor performance to ensure continuous improvement, innovation, and delivery of contractual obligations.
- Defines and maintains a catalog of services provided by SSC Services and designs value-added, business unit, and service recharge models based on best practice.
- Leads incident reporting processes for business-impacting escalated service incidents and recurring issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (essential).
- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably leading a Service and Vendor Management function in a global multi-function GBS centralized organization with BPO involvement.
- Demonstrated experience managing expectations of a broad senior stakeholder group.
- An improvement mindset with digital finance tools and transformation experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
- A high attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised.
