Financial Compliance Specialist

">About the Role

The EMEA region requires a skilled and motivated Financial Compliance Specialist to support financial compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and filing tax returns, submitting refund claims, performing account reconciliations, validating data, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Collaborating with external service providers to meet tax compliance obligations.
  • Completing templates for tax payments, journal entries, and monthly reconciliations accurately.
  • Working closely with Legal, Finance, and other departments to provide guidance on tax matters.
  • Assisting with tax projects such as system implementation, automation, and process improvements.
  • Saving with tax audits and inquiries as needed.
  • Maintaining process documentation, compliance and risk trackers, and managing suppliers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • At least 3 years of financial experience preferably in multinational environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, and Power BI.
  • ERP experience ideally with Oracle or SAP.
  • Experience with data analytics tools or tax software is an advantage.
