Job Role

The Accommodation and Travel Manager will be responsible for managing the accommodation and travel requirements of our employees and executives. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Main Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate accommodation and travel arrangements for employees and executives.
  • Liaise with various travel agencies and companies to book and cancel travel arrangements.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date travel records, spreadsheets, and calendars are maintained.
  • Process and track travel agency invoices on a regular basis.
  • Prepare high-quality travel reports for the payroll team.

About You:

  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
