Job Description

As a skilled Operator of Material Handling Equipment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our production environment. Your primary responsibility will be to operate Forklifts efficiently and safely, transferring pallets from the production line to the cold store.

In this dynamic role, you will work collaboratively with the factory team to achieve common goals. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure will be essential in maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this position include:

  • Efficiently operating material handling equipment to meet production targets
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to Health and Safety regulations
  • Ensuring accurate inventory management and stock control
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in operating Material Handling Equipment
  • A valid Forklift License and certification
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
