Early Years Educator Role

The purpose of this position is to provide high-quality education and care for children in a Montessori setting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily preschool activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for all children.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote the holistic development of children.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including Tusla, ECCE, and AIM.
  • Collaborate with staff, parents, and the community to enhance the preschool experience.
  • Foster positive relationships with children and their families, supporting individual needs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of Fetac Level 7 or 8 in Early Years & Childhood Studies.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial.
  • In-depth knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
