    7. Suggest and assist with promotional opportunities to meet departmental sales targets.
    8. Keep team members sales-focused, ensure ongoing training, and submit records to senior management.
    9. Be knowledgeable of all menus, working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
    10. Upsell throughout customer interactions and train staff to do so.
    11. Conduct yourself professionally and courteously at all times.
    12. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
    13. Maintain dining areas within cleaning schedules.
    14. Read, understand, and comply with responsibilities outlined in the Health and Safety statement and Staff Handbook.
    15. Ensure HACCP and cleaning schedules are completed daily, maintaining standards.
    16. Participate in training and exercises to improve standards and performance.
    17. Implement the company's customer relations policy.
    18. Communicate services to guests as required.
    19. Arrive punctually in full clean uniform, wearing a name badge at all times.
    20. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
