Job Summary:

The Service Delivery Lead oversees the delivery of services to customers, ensuring that contractual obligations are met and customer requirements are fulfilled.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and manage daily interactions
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer queries and issues
  • Evaluate and resolve issues as necessary, collaborating with internal teams and sub-contractors
  • Manage the delivery of contractual obligations, including reporting on contract performance and managing customer requirements
  • Analyze service failures and implement corrective actions
  • Participate in off-site service discussions to support customers with equipment operation and maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as engineering and customer services, to enhance device performance and meet key metrics
  • Identify opportunities to reduce operating costs and implement process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A-level education or equivalent qualification
  • ITIL 3/4 Foundation Certificate
  • Experience in a Service role/environment aligned to ITIL processes
  • Knowledge of technical concepts and practical application of ISO 9001 and Health and Safety Legislation
  • Personal qualities: self-motivated, able to motivate others, demonstrate accountability, and manage multiple tasks
