Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator. This role involves coordinating the day-to-day activities of home care services, ensuring seamless operations and high standards of care.

The Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing schedules, processing referrals, and handling administrative tasks. They will also maintain professional relationships with service users and staff, provide support during emergencies, and participate in marketing and quality assurance initiatives.
