Health Transformation specialists play a pivotal role in driving business transformation within the health operations team. The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team that supports strategic ambition through innovation and automation to deliver exceptional service and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Utilize knowledge and experience to support delivery of the transformation programme.
  • Delivery Framework: Adhere to a structured approach using prescribed processes and templates.
  • Business Requirements Development: Create project plans and briefs to support operational deliverables, defining scope, deliverables, budgets, timelines & milestones, and critical path.
  • Technical Requirements Development: Collaborate with internal and outsourced developers to review solution designs ensuring suitability for the business and strategy.
  • Benefit Realisation: Establish appropriate metrics with the business and track benefit realisation for the project through management information.
  • Change Management: Prepare the business for change through readiness initiatives, including liaison with key stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Interact effectively with all stakeholders internal and external.
Requirements
  • PMI Qualification
  • Project delivery experience
  • Customer journey mapping expertise
  • Excellent knowledge of health insurance plans and relevant legislation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to give full participation and commitment to fellow team members
  • Capacity to absorb information quickly and get up to speed with business processes and systems
