Health Transformation Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Health Transformation Specialist to join our Business Transformation team within our Health Operations department. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject matter expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of transformation programs using knowledge and experience.
  • Adhere to established delivery frameworks and processes.
  • Create project plans and briefs to define scope, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and milestones.
  • Work closely with internal and external developers to review solution designs and ensure suitability for the business.
  • Establish metrics and track benefit realization for projects.
  • Implement group initiatives and participate in required workshops.
  • Interact effectively with stakeholders, including project resources and external providers.
  • Prepare the business through readiness initiatives and liaise with trainers as needed.
  • Display a thorough understanding of the business, specifically claims assessment and processing.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues through accurate and timely identification, mitigation, and closure.

Requirements:

  • APA PMI qualification or equivalent.
  • Project delivery experience.
  • Customer journey mapping experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of health insurance plans and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize effectively and manage a demanding workload.
  • Self-starter who can act on initiative and collaborate with the team.
  • Able to absorb information quickly and get up to speed with business processes and systems.
