Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the transformation of our claims and underwriting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational deliverables in accordance with prescribed processes and templates.
  • Create project plans and briefs to support operational goals, defining scope, deliverables, timelines & milestones and critical path.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to review solution designs ensuring suitability for the business and strategy.
  • Evaluate metrics and track benefit realisation for projects through management information.
  • Support the implementation of group initiatives and participate in required workshops.
  • Foster effective relationships with all stakeholders, including project resources, providers, and manage risks and issues through accurate and timely identification, mitigation and closure.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project delivery, particularly in customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent knowledge of health insurance plans and relevant legislation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to absorb information and get up to speed quickly with business processes and systems.
  • Drive for Results, Innovation and Change, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Risk and Control, Team Working & Cross Functional Collaboration.
